We will charge a broker fee of between £0 and £1250, payable on application. Will depend on the complexity of the mortgage and the additional time we have to spend on research or administration and confirmed to you before an application is made.
When you remortgage, you are switching your mortgage to another lender and or agreeing on a new mortgage rate.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
